Our recruitment and staff training policy are as follows:

Selection of site staff shall be based on:

• Technical qualifications - degree/ diploma/ certificate
• Experience exposure in construction/ development field(s)
• Record of past employment

All site staff shall be subject to a minimum of 3 months probation period prior to confirmation. Each supervisor will be crossed-trained to meet standard of works and workmanship criteria / targets expected by the Company by understudying senior technical personnel for at least the first 3 months.

CCB Group, being involved in a variety of engineering works such as construction of residential houses, flats, shops, commercial buildings, factories, reservoirs, bridges, road works and other civil engineering works, is able to provide the technical staff with a wide spectrum of exposure and training by varying assignments to each person from time to time.

Staff shall be trained to understand the expected norms on quality and workmanship requirements which should be achieved through day to day checks by the site engineer and weekly dialogue during site meetings. All site staff are trained to know the contract requirements including the specifications, drawings details, local bylaws, authorities's requirement, overall development scheme and the assigned job.

Standard technical forms and checklists shall be given to assist the technical staff to ensure compliance with required standards, e.g:

• Quality control for concrete, piling and civil works
• Technical and engineering information
• Architectural finishes
• Staff may also be sent for short technical courses and seminars.
