Near-Term Prospects

  • Total committed sales for first 2 months of FY2008 is RM38 million.

  • The Group expects the performance for FY2008 to remain satisfactory and plan to maintain the gross dividend of 7%.

  • Development for Financial Year 2008 and 2009 (Period covered: 1 Feb 2007 to 31 Jan 2009)




Medium-to-Long Term Prospects

  • Bandar Cemerlang is expected to generate RM2.5 b of revenue over 12-15 years.

  • CLSB Land, which will develop the approved water front development of residential and commercial premises through joint venture, will contribute to the expansion of the Group's development activities into high end properties.

  • Sg Johor Bridge project and the RM2 billion investment by South Korean investments to develop a new holiday resort in Desaru in tandem with the new Senai-Desaru Highway will boost land value of 805-acre landbank in Kota Tinggi; possible to start developing this land in 50 to 10 years' time into retirement homes cum mixed development project.

  • Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park will contribute positively to near term group earnings (project started in Mid 2007).
