Property Development Operation

The existing
development projects in DC, TPC and TDC will enable the
Group to sustain profitability for the next few years.

NCIP covers an area of about 527 acres is to be developed into industrial park and its forms parts of Bandar Nusajaya. Infrastructure such as rail, port and major highway are all in place. This project has started earthwork and launched in June this financial year.

The
proposed Bandar Cemerlang project expected to commence
development
within one to two years time will boost the earning
capacity of the Group. This project is expected to
generate strong profits and cashflows for the Group over
the next 12 to 15 years. The Group expects to launch
affordable double storey link houses and single storey link house in the initial phases.

The ground
breaking ceremony by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri
Abdullah Badawi of the Sungai Johor Bridge costing RM500
million and the Senai to Desaru highway costing RM800
million will cut traveling time from Mukim Tanjung Surat
to Johor Bahru to about 30 minutes. In view of the above,
the Group plan to develop its 843 acres landbank in Mukim
Tanjung Surat, District of Kota Tinggi in 5 to 6 years
time in line with the Malaysia My Second Home Concept.
Construction Operation

The Group has
the capability of doing integrated in-house building and
civil construction works. Its experienced professional
management team will ensure that building and
construction works are of good quality and completed on
time at low cost, In-house building material trading arm
will also ensure timely supply of building materials at
competitive prices.
